Tim was great. Responded to me very quickly, came out sooner than expected and took care of everything with out me needing to be home. Called for gutter cleaning and ended up having him install gutter guards on the whole house. It was more than I had initially wanted to spend, however Tim informed me that if I installed the gutter guards he would come out once a quarter to clean them at no charge. That would save me around $1,000 a year so all in all I think I got a great deal. Would definitely recommend.

One of my pet peeves is good customer service. Tim contacted me right after I put in the request, and we made an appointment. He contacted me to let me know he was behind schedule and would be a little late and he gave me an approximate time, which I appreciated. His schedule changed and he was able to keep our regular appointment. I really appreciate the fact that he kept me informed of any scheduling changes. He even made a suggestion on something for me to consider for next year. I am so pleased with his work that I will use him again next year and wrap more lights on my tree in my front yard and maybe even outline my roof.
